Time Zone Converter
Pick a date and time in one city and see the exact equivalent in another — no counting hours on your fingers, and no getting caught out when one city has changed its clocks and the other hasn't.

What a Conversion Page Gives You
A single converted time answers "what time is it there right now". It doesn't answer the question people usually have next, which is when the two places are both awake. Every route page on this site works that out: the hours when both cities are inside normal business hours, and — for routes far enough apart that no such window exists — the least disruptive alternative, rather than pretending a 9-to-5 overlap is there when it isn't.
Each page also carries the full 24-hour table, so you can see at a glance which of your working hours land after midnight at the other end, and today's sunrise and sunset for both cities, which is often a better guide to whether someone is up than the clock alone.
The part that catches people out is daylight saving. Roughly half the world adjusts its clocks and half doesn't, and those that do don't all switch on the same date — the UK moves in late October, the US a week later, and India never. For a few weeks each year the gap between two cities is different from what it was the month before. Every route page names the date the gap next changes and what it becomes, so anything booked across that date can be checked before it goes wrong.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I convert a time between two cities?
Pick a city in each box above and enter a date and time. The converted time appears immediately. For a permanent page covering a specific route — with the full 24-hour table and the best hours to call — choose the pair from the city index below.
How many cities can I convert between?
The converter tool works with every city on the site. Dedicated conversion pages, each with an hour-by-hour table and calling-hours guidance, cover 79 cities across 35 countries — chosen from the world's busiest air routes and most-traveled corridors.
Does the converter handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Every conversion uses the current daylight saving rules for both cities, and each route page tells you the exact date the gap between them next changes — which matters most when you are scheduling something weeks ahead, across a clock change one city makes and the other does not.
Why does a converted time sometimes fall on a different day?
Once two cities are far enough apart, an ordinary working hour in one lands after midnight in the other. The conversion tables mark those rows as the next or previous day, so a meeting is never accidentally booked twenty-four hours out.
What is the best time to schedule a call across time zones?
Every route page works out the hours when both cities are inside normal business hours. Where no such window exists — common for routes beyond about eight hours apart — it falls back to the least disruptive window instead, rather than pretending a 9-to-5 overlap is there.
