NowWhatTime.com shows the current local time for top locations worldwide, with tools to convert between time zones and plan meetings across countries.

About NowWhatTime.com

NowWhatTime.com started from a simple, everyday problem: trying to figure out what time it is somewhere else, quickly, without opening five browser tabs or doing time zone math in your head. That's really all this site is for.

On the homepage you can line up two to four cities side by side and watch their clocks tick in real time. If you'd rather explore, the Browse section lets you work your way from continent, to country, to an individual city's page, with a map showing every town we have data for. When you need to work out what a specific date and time in one city means somewhere else, the Time Zone Converter handles that. And if you're trying to schedule a call or meeting across three or four time zones, the Meeting Planner is built to find a window that works for everyone.

Where the data comes from

City names, populations, coordinates, and time zones on this site are built from GeoNames (geonames.org), a public geographic database, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. City data © GeoNames.org, CC-BY 4.0.

We rely on your device's own clock and time zone rules (via your browser) to keep the live clocks ticking accurately, including automatic handling of daylight saving time changes where they apply.

A quick note on accuracy

We do our best to keep everything on this site correct, but city, population, and time zone data can occasionally be outdated or contain errors, and time zone rules do change from time to time in different countries. Please double check the time for anything important — a flight, an exam, a legal deadline — rather than relying on this site alone. More detail on this is in our Terms & Conditions.
